About me
Maura K. Frasch, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist at Geisinger 65 Forward Coal Township. She also serves as a preceptor for the PGY1 Geisinger Central Region Ambulatory Care Residency Program. Her areas of interest include chronic disease state management and medication reconciliations with an emphasis on geriatric care. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2019 from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. Prior to joining the 65 Forward team, she was an ambulatory care pharmacist at the Geisinger Shamokin Specialty Clinic.
