About me
Brianna Brown, PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM is a Clinical Pharmacist working under a Collaborative Practice Agreement with Endocrinology providers at the LVPG Diabetes and Metabolism Center. She manages medication therapy for patients with uncontrolled Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. She is involved in an intensive diabetes management program designed to help patient’s achieve better diabetes outcomes through collaboration with a pharmacist, dieticians, Diabetes Educators, Lifestyle Medicine physician, and Health Coaches.
